Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Beat the Bots Daily and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software.

The AI models featured on the Site (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, Grok, and Kimi) are the property of their respective developers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, and Moonshot AI). Beat the Bots Daily makes no ownership claims over these models.

Game content and puzzles (Wordle, Connections, Strands, Keyword) are the property of their respective owners. Beat the Bots Daily uses them in a commentary and entertainment context.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit your email address to our waitlist or otherwise provide information to us, you represent that you have the right to provide such information and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

We do not accept user-generated content on the Site at this time. If this changes, additional terms will apply.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including YouTube, Google, and others) that are not owned or controlled by Beat the Bots Daily. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
